	Management Team Nabil Kamhawi Chairman       Mr. Nabil Kamhawi, Chairman of Rasmala Egypt has over 30 years of consulting, audit and advisory experience in Europe as well as the Middle East in a wide range of industries. Mr. Kamhawi was a Managing Partner of Ernst & Young in Egypt, and he was also a member of the Middle East management committee. Prior to that, he was Managing Partner of Arthur Andersen in Egypt. Mr. Kamhawi is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and of the Arab Society of Certified Accountants (ASCA).     Emil Dawood Chief Operating Officer & Managing Director Rasmala Egypt Securities       Mr. Dawood has more than 30 years of corporate experience across the fields of finance, accounting banking and brokerage. He joined Rasmala in 1997 having previously worked with the Egyptian American Bank where he gained local, regional and multinational exposure. Mr. Dawood is a member of the Egyptian Capital Market Association (ECMA) and has a BA in Commerce from Assuit University.     Hany Saad Managing Director, Rasmala Egypt Securities       Joined Rasmala in 2008 and has over 17 years of experience in the financial sector. Prior to joining Rasmala, Mr. Saad worked in several multinational companies including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Toronto Dominion Bank and most recently the Royal Bank of Canada where he held the position of Equities and Derivatives specialist. Mr. Saad holds a BA in Business Administration and is a Chartered Market Technician with the MTA in New York. Ahmed Abou Saad Managing Director, Rasmala Egypt Asset Management       Joined Rasmala in early 2008 and in addition to the above role, he is also Co-Head of Rasmala Egypt Asset Management MENA Equities. He previously served as the Head of Asset Management at Naeem Holding and as the Head of Capital Markets at MIBank, and was the Surveillance Manager at the Egyptian stock exchange. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Alexandria University, an MBA from Arab Academy for Science and Technology, and has been an Investment Instructor at several universities.
